Been living here for two years and I am very satisfied with the choice that I made to move here. The rent is very affordable for the quality offered. Such an amazing staff. Property manager Amanda is wonderful. Very knowledgeable and professional. Super helpful and genuinely cares about the appearance of the property. Any issues are resolved in a timely manner. Maintenance requests are also handled in a timely manner. Maintenance team is professional and hard working. Especially Nick. All around good guy who keeps this place looking good. They keep that pool looking pristine all year around. Assistant property manager Gabriella is very sweet and helpful. I absolutely DO NOT recommend moving into an apartment here. If you have an issue within your apartment they expect you to pay out of your own wallet I moved here a year ago and so far my hot water heater caught on fire and ac was busted took them 2 weeks to even come over to look at it never replaced it and did bare minimum bathtub has been leaking since the day we move in they will not fix it and they have a MOLD PROBLEM!! Oh and to top it off if your vehicle gets toed i hope that you can spare an extra 500 plus 40 per day it sits there. Also I might add that the office people could care less if you live in poor condition due to them not telling the owner nor maintenance that your apartment is having issues. I cannot even BATH MY NEW BORN due to the mold and water that leaks from the tub

It is great here. If there’s any issues they (the staff) take care of it right away. It’s quite here, and rent is affordable, compared to the other places here. Amanda (the manager) & Patty are great . Also, Gene (the main maintenance guy) is awesome to. I have been here for almost 2 years, I had only been planning on being here a year. The only issue I have here is the laundry area but they aren’t in charge of that area. The people that are over it, has to be called frequently to come out and fix the machines. I definitely highly recommend living here. I feel safe, and it’s affordable.

The staff there are great I have been there 6 years had no issues. Staff there are very attentive to you and the maintenance is very good at what they do. Nice neighbor hood is nice and peaceful

I moved to Turtle Creek 2 years ago not expecting much. They are the cheapest apartment I could find and usually you get what you pay for. I was so pleasantly surprised to be wrong! I had a wonderful experience living here and I’m sad to be moving away. The one and only time I had an issue it was promptly addressed and fixed and never gave me trouble again. Office managers are easy to get in touch with and maintenance staff are helpful and respond quickly. The complex is quiet, the trash is maintained and never overflowing(a problem a lot of apartments I’ve stayed at have had), the pool is kept clean, the laundry area is kept clean and if a washer/dryer go down it is fixed promptly. Thank you Mrs. Sandy and Amanda for making my stay so pleasant. I was happy to call Turtle Creek home.
