The dock for Pheasant Beach is not operational. The dock has been deteriorating for some time, there have been complaints but they have fallen on deaf ears. Now one of the floats is missing & a corner of the dock is underwater. We pay dues for Turtle Cove amenities but now this amenity has been taken away because of blatant neglect. The old dock was replaced with a station dock. The new dock is outstanding with easy access. Thank you Turtle Cove for addressing this issue.

I have lived here almost over 15 years. It was a family friendly community. Now it is for the party folks. It is NOT a good place to raise a respectable child. Going to the pool this summer they have allowed drinking until they’re drunk and smoking who knows what and the language and conversation is X-rated. Now it cost your extended family members 5 each to visit and members have to wear a wrist band. They are all about the lounge and drinking here. So if this is what you want come and party with the best of them. But if you want a respectable place to live I would move somewhere else.

Pleasant, helpful staff! Quaint restaurant adjacent to the office serving tasty comfort food. A bar in the back for some delicious libations. A pool with indoor/outdoor options! Tennis courts! Nine hole golfing! Great community!

I went to the office for my and my wife's Beach I.D. bracelets and for a guest pass for my friend for Friday. She was very nice and eager to fulfill my needs. Thank you for a great experience. Paul Eskew
