From the application process to our move-in, she has made every step seamless for us. Even after ten months into our lease, Ms. Kimberly’s kindness and professionalism have remained consistent. Whenever we’ve had a request, she’s always been prompt in responding and scheduling maintenance as needed. It’s rare to find such attentive and caring management, and we truly appreciate all that she has done for our family. This is my reason for giving five stars to Turner Realty. First and foremost, the atmosphere of any company dealing direct with public is very important to me. The good people at Turner Realty treat me kind, fair and professional. Their tone during communications is of warmth and understanding of the clients they serve. I have witnessed this in one of their locations myself. I had to go out of town and Turner Realty has taken care of my place and any issues I had contact them about. Great experience with Turner realty. We had to do the whole process out of state and Diana did an excellent job helping us finding great contractors to fix up the house to get ready for sale, listing the property, finding the perfect person to take pictures of the house, and walking us through the whole paperwork process. Diana was definitely a blessing to us and were so blessed to have her as our realtor. Turner realty was also managed our property and did an excellent job in walking through the house after every tenant to ensure it was ready for the next renters, receiving the rent monthly, and letting us know of any issues with the house so we could expedite the repairs for the tenant.

Turner Realty was my landlord for 2 years. I requested the fence be fixed at move-in and then again through their website and the work was never done. I had to pay to fix the fence myself so my dogs would not get out. I told them at move in the carpet smelled like urine and there were stains all over it and they never came to inspect. I showed them pictures of the stains and the water in my steam cleaner to prove the carpets were never cleaned before I moved in. Turner Realty stated the home was move-in ready but there were holes in the walls, rust stains in the tub, the tub/shower diverters didn't work, and the very large trees in the yard were falling on the house and on my family. I made a complete list of all items that needed attention, and nothing was ever done. Do not rent from Turn

We never meant to be long distance landlords but "Army happens" and we were. The entire team at Turner has always been professional, responsive and friendly. We used Turner to sell our home as well and couldn't be happier with the way they represented us. It's been great "having a friend in the business"!
