The price and area is decent but you have share your apartment with massive water bugs. It’s ridiculous how bad the water bug problem is. I bomb the place, sprayed, and put bait down nothing worked. These bugs are on a different level. My wife woke up to one crawling on her. I killed 10 water bugs in one night mainly in the kitchen. I can no longer stay here and pay another month’s rent. They need a highly specialized and professional exterminator out ASAP!!! Not that once a year exterminator who does nothing.

Infested with roaches, no matter how clean we keep the place it doesn't matter because of our neighbors. Had an incident with a rat for weeks. Our downstairs smells like smoke due to our neighbors smoking in their house. Rent has gone up $400 in two years. Leasing office is rude and petty when you try to report problems. Maintenance staff is the only plus about this place, they're always friendly and show up same day to fix problems, appreciative of their hard work. We stayed here because of the affordable rent, but with the constant rent increases it's honestly not worth the price anymore.

My daughter moved there 2months ago, I love the way they keep the grounds up daily! The unit is spacious and was very easy to decorate with the Sq footage and location of every room and living space. Patio area is decent also. Great property for starter families 👪👍😇

Good neighborhood, good price. Problem is landlord stay on property and she watches you like a hawk. When you come and go and who is at your house what time they leave etc..... I have not caused no problem since being here but they been watching me like crazy since landlord stay across from me. They have a water bug problem that pest control can't get rid of and a problem with lizards. If the landlord would mind her business and work on getting rid of these pest this could have been the perfect home. As long as she's (landlord) here I would never recommend anyone. And if you do decide to move here anyway always make sure it's no where near the landlord.

I lived there for just under a year. Moved because of a pcs. Had a hard time with the apartment but there wasn't a day where Roy and his crew weren't concerned. Loved the area. Few isolated incidents outside of the Office's reach but felt comfortable living there with my family. Neighbors were kind, respectful, friendly and hard workers. Would definitely recommend this place and they would be the first place I'd call if I'm ever looking again for a place to live in the area
