Turn Key Homes

We recently moved into our home built by Turn Key Custom homes. Only 10 months from contract signing to the final certificate of occupancy! During the building process they were eager to answer our numerous questions and patiently guided us through the experience. The selection process for flooring, cabinets, etc. was stress free and actually fun - the knowledge, skill and expertise of everyone at Turn Key Builders was invaluable and resulted in our magnificent home. The job site was always maintained and kept clean. The craftmanship was of the highest quality. The scheduling of subcontrators was a true work of art. The work ethics and integrity of the entire Abbot family was exceptional - they made our dream into a reality. In our opinion they are the BEST!

We listed our home for a vacation rental service through Turn Key. They pretty much rob you of any profit what so ever. On our first booking we owed them $67.00. The repeatedly charged for random items in a fully stocked home such as propane and towels even though there were 40 something brand nee towels and hand towels un-opened in our closets. They charged $275 to unclog a incinerator garbage disposal clogged by the guest. They charged $275 to come unplug and replug the tv internet monitor. Their quests destroyed our microwave and also outdoor furniture that has never been fixed or replaced after multiple months of requests. Their staff is unresponsive. Absolutely rip off and horrible service.

During our stay at a Turnkey home, we were very disappointed with our visit we drove hours to arrive at a house with an algae infected pool we spent hours on the phone to contact the company for them to tell us they couldn’t do anything. Lights weren’t working neither was the microwave finally they canceled without a word our reservation and left us with no home to stay at. Worst experience of my life after spending the whole day on the phone to be kicked out of a house we paid for and didn’t even get to stay at. Worst company don’t ever rent with them unless you want horrible service.
