We got the chance to see their models and i got to say its the first builder where we loved all the houses. Energy effecient and they have solar with battery backup in case if power outage. Gated community. The homes are well insulated and the designs are very nice.
Homes are nice but way overpriced. Elliott Homes builds nice homes, but everything in this subdivision is starting just under a million dollars and goes up to 1.2 million. Seriously, who the hell is walking around with this kind of money for an average subdivision home? I've lived in California for 55 years and I feel it's time to get out. I honestly hope the housing bubble bursts soon because it's beyond ridiculous.
Very nice models. Many typical 'upgrades' are standards in this development. High ceilings, tall baseboards, great kitchens and spacious laundry rooms.
Fantastic build quality with an impressive level of standard features. Far better value than a comparative resale home.
Nice models, good floor plans. Cost for the area is high.
