Tupelo Alley

I love it here at Tupelo Alley! I have been here over a year now and the whole team is excellent. Everything is fresh and new and well maintained. Michael and Armando in maintenance keep the place running smoothly, while Zoila in housekeeping keeps it clean and tidy and smelling fresh and Adam and McKenzie are always a friendly and knowledgeable face in the front office to answer any questions I have along the way. My apartment is well laid out and the insulation is good. I don’t hear my neighbors from inside my apartment which is great. I plan to stay here for a few years at least! The showing process was great and I would say above and beyond. Yvona was very sweet and accommodating. She didn’t rush through the process of showing the apartments and was willing to revisit any apartment I wanted to see. Aside from being knowledgeable, she made the process soothing and comfortable. The property and decor is beautiful and always smells nice. It’s also kept clean which I truly appreciate. Management is also great. Without proper management, a property can be less inviting and daunting. So Thank you. Last but not least Armando you are a ray of sunshine. You make me forget my gloomy days. :) I will miss your presence Yvona!

The entire team made my 2+ year stay outstanding. Vyona and Adam were always helpful and responsive with my leasing needs, Armando and Mikhail provided prompt and friendly maintenance service, and Zoila kept the common areas clean and welcoming. Their combined efforts truly made my apartment feel like home.

I lived here for just over 2 years. While I was there I had minor normal apartment issues that were fixed promptly. The staff were consistently great, no noise issues from other tenets and decently priced units for the area. Overall - would highly recommend.

Vyona Ho was an amazing tour guide. Her professionalism and knowledge about the building and surrounding neighborhood really helped me get a great feel for Tupelo Alley. Vyona was very accommodating and made choosing Tupelo alley an easy choice for me.
