Our company recently needed to find an apartment for one of our employees after having to vacate his home in short notice. We were in a tough spot and needed to find something quick, safe, and affordable. Tuli Realty went above and beyond to help us. They were understanding, professional, and extremely responsive, guiding us through the process smoothly. Thanks to their quick action, we were able to secure a great apartment at one of their buildings. I truly appreciate their kindness and efficiency during such a difficult time. Highly recommend Tuli Realty to anyone looking for a property management team that truly cares about helping people.

I do not recommend anyone to rent from this company. Even small maintenance issues go unresolved. Seen so many neighbors moved out just because of that. They charge you a hefty security deposit and when moving out they want you to pay for every little thing possible not to return your deposit just like there is no such thing as ware and tare. If you are thinking about renting or doing business with is company, I advise you to run.

Well unfortunately we had a similar experience to so many people who have reviews here. We reached out to several apartments to request a showing, we were paired with Mike who texted us a link to schedule an appointment. We did so, the appointment had no address - just a city. We reached out about several apartments so had no idea where to meet. We texted him back and called him trying to clarify - left a voicemail - he never responded. The night before our supposed appointment, he texts and says he will call us in the morning. Morning came, no call from Mike. Completely unprofessional and a complete waste of our time. We had such a better experience working with Compass, please listen to these reviews and don’t waste your time too.

If I could give a negative rating, I would definitely give it. They make your apartment as cold as the outside in freezing weather, and they won't turn on the heat, setting it to the legally required minimum of 68 degrees. It's completely inhumane. When you repeatedly call them, they tell you the heat is always on, but none of the heaters in the entire building are hot. When you try to contact them again, they won't answer your calls or emails.

The people that work here are heartless individuals that will make your life impossible and all they do is make false claims. Please don’t live here unless you want a money hungry landlord that doesn’t care to fix the issues in the buildings. These people have been taken to court multiple times because they are unfair and selfish. PLEASE DO NOT MOVE HERE THE RENT INSANELY HIGH for an unorganized place that doesn’t clean. The property managers don’t care about anything but making your life miserable, if you’re even lucky enough to get a response. Having to beg for help is crazy!
