Tudor Villas built us our dream house. We are very happy with it. While under construction we were adding and changing things in it and they accommodated all these changes. Under construction they were challenged with labor changes in Florida, and Hurricane Ian making it hard to get labor to a decent price. It delayed our move in date, but we are very happy working with them since they were always very responsive. Once moved in we found some issues that we got fixed in a timely manner. Tudor Villa Constructions is a trustworthy company, that we would do business with again.

After Hurricane Ian had flooded our house we got help from Lars and his team at Tudor Villas, first to clean and dry out the building. This was followed an extensive renovation which included the walls, where water had reach up a good foot, thus also involving all cabinets and every other fixture resting on the floors. They also took care of damage on the ouside, which primarily involved the roof and painting. It was a large project that had happened at the same time as thousands of other buildings in the area had suffered from Ian. Lars and his team showed great commitment to the work process and keeping close considerations to our wishes, including the selection of material. Just opened a business in Fort Myers Beach (Whym'sy Waffles) and Tudor Villas did the whole build out in my unit. From an empty shell, it became a beautiful and cozy waffle restaurant !
