Tualatin View Apartments

Recently we had an electrical failure resulting in a lack of power to part of our apartment. The first fix was not done correctly. Micheal was instrumental in getting the issue relayed to maintaince. The problem was not easily identified however Paulo worked tirelessly to reassess the problem and went over the prior repairs to insure the issue had been properly assessed on a Saturday. He stayed until the power was fully restored. He followed up when others did not and we appreciate the profession and thoughtful manner they both consistently provides.

Lauro with the maintenance team is the man, Always on time and fixes every problem in his way. Ive had multiple things go wrong in the apartment and as soon as the notices come in Paulo is there first to fix the issue in a timely manner. He is also very respectful and takes his shoes off when entering the unit.

***** NO RESPECT FROM MANAGEMENT FOR TENANTS ***** Countless notices for entry with nothing ever actually happening after I’ve made arrangements to remove my pets and underage children so their team could enter my unit for them to not even show or communicate they wouldn’t be arriving. Maintenance takes months to respond to any requests and they likely won’t finish in just one visit for minor repairs. I DO NOT RECOMMEND TUALATIN VIEW APARTMENTS TO ANYONE.

Major updates on property. Painted the outside buildings, patios and breezeways. New mailboxes and the repaved the parking lot. Lauren is kicking butt right now. Maintenance great and hardworking like always
