Do not rent here! If I could give 0 stars I would. There is a lack of maintenance and an increase of pests in units and common areas IN ALL OF THEIR BUILDINGS. Don’t be fooled by the building where the office is located, conditions are filthy and depressing and management is non responsive! Like other reviews stated, you can hear the rats in the walls! I would avoid renting from ANY building under their care.

Great experience! Everyone at Tryax is very knowledgeable, courteous and so efficient. My partner and I have only great things to say about this management. Arranging to view the the apartment was very easy and the application process as well. Jorge was asssiting us from day one, he made us feel welcome and most important he was always available to answer all of our questions. This is a trustworthy Management with a reliable team. It was a great pleasure working with Jorge and making this journey so pleasant. We love our new apartment!!

Ever since we got the keys to our apartment they have been radio silent. Before moving in, we put in requests to fit our windows and even get a number on our apartment door but it's almost a year later (August) and these fixes have yet to be made. There are package thieves in these buildings and that's how I found out that the security cameras don't work - straight from our building landlord himself. Be careful renting in any of their buildings unless you like fixing all the problems yourself.

So far so great! Went through a Broker to find my apartment, and I must admit, that when seeing the majority of properties that were in my price range, it was a little disheartening. But then we found the place that I moved into last weekend. It is beautiful, well lit, and a ONE BEDROOM! I couldn't believe it. My first thought was, if this is the rent for this apartment, then management has got to be awful. However, within seconds of meeting Jorge Miller, I knew that he had my interests in mind. He went over all documents with me instead of trying to rush me to sign everything. He addressed all of my concerns, and was extremely pleasant to work with. The best thing for me was, when I emailed about an issue with the apartment, he emailed back within 24 hours and it was resolved that very da

My experience with Tryax management was easy breezy. They made the end of what had been a crazy month and a half worth it. Very accommodating and made sure to explain all aspects of the lease and what was required and expected of me as a tenant crystal clear. Jorge was so friendly and personable. All in all very happy and excited to live in my beautiful new place with my puppy! Thank you!!
