I had an amazing experience purchasing trusses from this company. From start to finish, the process was smooth and professional. The trusses were high quality, well-built, and exactly as ordered. Delivery was on time, organized, and handled with care, which made a big difference for my project schedule. Communication was clear throughout, and the company was easy to work with. I would 100% recommend them to anyone needing reliable truss supply & delivery, would go with them again in the future.

We had an excellent experience with this truss builder from start to finish. The team was knowledgeable, professional, and extremely easy to work with throughout the entire process. Our trusses were engineered correctly, delivered on time, and built with obvious attention to detail and quality.

The order process was easy enough. But when they came to deliver my trusses, the driver hit my brand new house with the truck. Okay, no big deal. They’ll make it right. Nope! The driver was arrogant and sped down my residential road. I then called the owner who said it was my fault and his driver was under my direction as to where to place the trusses. He was extremely reluctant to pay any money towards the damages his driver caused to my house. He finally agreed to pay HALF of the $300 repair after making me jump through hoops. Would not recommend this business to anyone with ownership like that.

This company had my house plans for an entire year and every time I call or stop in to see what the hold up is, I get told that they are a couple months out. After a year of being “a couple months out” one would think that my trusses would have made it to the top of the list. Stay away from this place.
