Do not bank with them. Help both of my mobile depositls for a total of 5 weeks. No partial funds available. They hold all of it for a minimum two weeks. Once it clears I'm taking every penny and banking elsewhere. I wished I would’ve reviewed the ratings prior to opening an account here. I do not recommend this bank.

Lafadio is the "branch leader" of this facility, however, his customer services skills and willingness to help are far from anything you would expect of a "Leader". While speaking with Takiya (the extremely kind and helpful Teller" Lafadio interjected himself into our conversation with an extreme level of frusteration making the situation very hostile. My request was simply to obtain a 10-day payoff for a vehicle loan I was paying off.

I’ve been banking with Truist for years, and unfortunately today’s experience at the Creighton Rd location in Pensacola was enough for me to decide I will not continue banking with them moving forward. The branches in GA where I opened my account were and have always been amazing when I go visit but Pensacola- HORRIBLE! The service I received this evening was extremely disappointing. The tellers I interacted with had a very poor attitude and were dismissive and unprofessional. After years of loyalty, I expected a much higher level of customer service and respect. Banking is built on trust and relationships, and today Truist failed on both. I hope the branch takes customer experience more seriously in the future, but as for me, I will be taking my business elsewhere.

Cheryl is absolutely one of the most condescending tellers I have EVER had. As someone who has family who are BRANCH MANAGERS at other institutions, I am embarrassed by the lack of professionalism that she has displayed in my interaction today.

I should have looked at the reviews before I opened my account. I have a business account there, every Friday I come in and deposit my checks. Every single time I have come, they have held my checks. The initial hold, I understand but the hold times are never the same. One person says 7 days, another says 24hrs, the next week it's 4 days, the next week it's 2 days. I cant run a business this way!! Not only are they inconsistent with these holds, the customer service is absolutely abysmal. Maryanne is rude to EVERYONE but she specializes in beif especially condescending to me. No one there can explain anything regarding questions about your account or it's transactions when it's all in front of them. Just don't bother banking here if you value your sanity.
