Truly the worst customer service experience I have ever had. First they connect you with an international answering service, you can request to be sent to their domestic one, but the service only gets worse. Multiple rude and incompetent employees, their management is also nothing short of terrible to the customer. They will not give you an employee number or anything but a name. I was told that to recieve better service I had to go to the closest branch which is 1,441 miles from my location. Furthermore the app does not let you pay with an external account, they push you at every corner to open an account with them. Ever since my mortgage was transferred I have had nothing but issues with this company.
