TRU Homes White Pine

We have a 16x80 Clayton home. Was built in 2011. 2015 was my purchase date. Sure wish I would have went with another brand. For starters, 2020 we had to replace the entire roof shingles. Due to the roof leaking in multiple places. Today we started instaling new floor throughout home. After tearing out old carpet and getting down to the subfloor. We realized there are 8 places where we are going to have to tear out the subfloor. All along the front wall of the home. And we have noticed the bottom of the front wall 2×4 framing is rotted in 4 places about 2 ft up. There is no over hang on our home. That's the way it was made. But obviously, when it was built, they didnt seal around the top corners of the walls where it meets the roof system, correctly. Plus, the roof system itself is 4 to 5

I received a 3 bedroom home from this company through the fema program. I currently have 4 spots leaking master bedroom, livingroom back wall heading into the kitchen plus the front window ceiling and the guest restroom. The pipes in the home makes popping noise when the water is turn on. I Called Donnie and told him I have a Default home and he said he can't help me because hes only responsible for the first year. I told him i saw online where its 7yrs on the manufactory so i got nowhere by speaking with him. TO all that come across this review please find me on Facebook I know if we pull together we can get a class act going to help us get are funds back plus compensation for getting turn down after showing proof the home isn't put together professionally

Have a leaking roof that has ruined my bedroom walls with black mold, hallway sinking in moisture everywhere, have had 4 different people check my roof and the last one works for Clayton all of them say manufacturer defects yet Donnie at tru homes wants to send another person out to check it and if this person says it doesn't need to be replaced then its not gonna be even though we have 4 others who inspected it saying otherwise. These homes are awful and the customer service from Donnie at the factory is nothing, he cares about nothing and just doesn't want to take the blame for any of it. I have shingles curling up and water is going under them and pouring down my wall, nails popped everywhere, 4 holes that have black tar in them to cover them its just a mess and it apparently came that

Bought a home from the factory through Clayton homes. Immediately noticed issues, tubs not sealed, leaking faucets, leaking pipes under the house but the worst of it that was definitely a factory problem is the trim that was held on my 1 nail, the rest were just shot into empty space and the FLOORS. Linoleum has rolled up in all the bedrooms and the joists are twisted so the floors look like rolling hills. It's so bad I can't even replace the flooring with lvp. And they will not respond. No one will help. I'm at my wits end.

This company is a company (it's really Clayton under an umbrella) you don't want in your neighborhood. They are a traffic hazard with their 18 wheelers and their employees drive thru the neighborhood like it's a NASCAR track. The police dept has a constant battle with them. Won't buy their products because they are a horrible community partner.
