Troy Villas, Gateway Villas & Hickory Hollow

I love living here! When I moved here 5 years ago I had lived in one of the apartments. Never had any issues expect for neighbors and not anything serious.I just kept to myself and eventually moved into a villa after a 3 year waiting period. Maintenance is 100% good at responding very quickly, the office manager is very friendly and takes time to listen and take care of any issues you may have right away. My yard always looks nice in the summer and during winter they are always out salting and removing snow right away. Been in a villa for over 2 years now and it is just like living in my own home. I was a previous home owner once and it couldn't get any better then this. This is a really great place to live if you are looking for affordable and reliable living.

When I moved in this apartment were I living at right now . When I first moved over here in this apartment it smelled like smoke and when you ask the landlord to give me a new stove. The landlord won’t give me a new stove . The old stove went out and my old water heater almost caught on Fire . I called her and first she didn’t wanted to give me a new water heater .
