Trout Meadows Apartments

My husband and I have enjoyed living on the property here in Bozeman, we’ve been renters since 2023 and have liked our experience. My husband has rented previously from Trout Meadows twice and since have returned. We enjoy the location and the open space to walk our dog and enjoy time outside. There are dog waste disposal location all around the property as well as trash cans. The rent has been reasonable for us which has allowed us to remain renters and enjoy our unit. The property is dog friendly and dog owners are cognisant of other dogs and the owners space. We’ve been lucky with neighbors who have been quiet and to themselves. My experience at Trout Meadows with Montana Crestview was fantastic. Their staff are friendly, responsive, and professional. I felt very taken care of as a tenant, and I loved how clear and organized their processes are. They go above and beyond!

I lived at Trout Meadows for 2 years and only moved because I accepted a job out of state. I really enjoyed Trout Meadows, it was a great place to be as a student/young adult. The move in and move out process was relatively easy, better than other apartment complexes I have lived at in Bozeman. Rent is fairly priced, the property is clean, maintenance is responsive, and there is plenty of parking. The Trout Meadows location is sooo great, close to the interstate, trails, the grocery store, and the pond. Beautiful views too. I didn’t mind the written communication only policy, it was easy to ask a question over text and receive a response within the next day or so. It would be nice to call on the phone and ask questions, but communication went well otherwise.

I have rented for almost 10 years now from several different rentals and I have never not gotten my entire security deposit back until I rented from here. My mom flew in from out of state to help my boyfriend and I clean, and we spent three 8-10 hour days cleaning, and I was still charged for 5 hours cleaning (which was $300). I could go on. Overall, I did not have a good experience renting here, especially during the move out process. People are rating their experience as one or two star(s) for a reason.

Great place to live! Well maintained and clean. Location is awesome next to lake, trails and shopping. Management is very responsive and friendly. Online portal makes payments quick and easy. I don't hesitate to recommend Trout Meadows to my friends. Pool is open for the Summer! Only wish the pool and spa hours were more than 4pm to 8pm.
