Tropicana Apartments

I have been living in this apartments for 3 years, in my first 3 days my problems started. I had leak that started in my kitchen and went all the way to my living room. They said they would fix the problem unfortunately they had to break through the concrete from 1end of my kitchen to the another. They said it was fixed but they left my floor unleveled now there is a hump and is a big hazard if you don't now it's there. Two weeks later the a/c started to leak into the hallway and down the bathroom. The don't have a maintenance on the grounds so it always takes days to get things fixes. I have asked to get some type compensation for the trouble they caused family as a tenant. Here it is 2023 and I moved in 2019 and the water issue have gone away. Starting February 2023 through April 5th 20

Apparently people don’t know how to respect anyone else’s privacy. But manager is good at what she does. If anyone ever has a bad thing to say about the woman that feeds everyone that walks by and watches over the elderly in the complex is a selfish non paying tenant that probably causes all the problems including #12 #36 and #39. AnywYs. Could live here for a while just depends how smart the owner is as to let the manager do her thing and succeed as well as be taken care of for the fine job she does

Cj is a liar Maria is a nosy drunk she only helps one old lady around there because, she's the neighborhood snitch .... All management does is sit outside day and night drinking and partying .... The roaches run rampart, the trash piles up and the cats run the place! Management decides when and who to charge dog deposits to she tries to talk to people crazy even the kids..... The apt was filthy when we moved in .... Our sink leaked into the downstairs apt .... So did the toilet .... So forth and so on .... But i understand id take up for my mama too

Tropicana Apartments on Kingsway Drive. In southeast Houston 77087. I had a sewer back-up in my apartment Christmas eve and management was slow in answering the call. The water over flowed through out my apartment. Bedrooms carpets in my dinningroom/kitchen area. MANAGEMENT SAYS THERE IS NOTHING SHE CAN DO ABOUT THE SEWER WATER IN MY APARTMENT.!!!!! But the plumbing is be repaired. And 2 day later i still gave standing sewer water in my APARTMENT....DEC 2016.

Never heard back from the manger after he said we had a broken lease from a 6,7years ago said he was gonna email us to see how we could fix it. I emailed him and never heard back SMH .
