Marcie Kiernan did an amazing job for us in coordinating everything for our investment/retirement home purchase. Admittingly, we probably weren't the easiest people to deal with, and being from Wisconsin, we only had a few days to look at places. She tirelessly showed us at least a dozen properties over three days until we found the one that checked all the boxes. She kindly kept in contact with us before, during and after the sale. Marcie was highly recommended to us and we will 100% call upon her again to help us with future real estate purchases. Nice Job!! Joel and Star

Kim McNear is an awful property manager. She is rude, immature, attitude, and sounds miserable in every conversation. I felt like I was shaking a cup anytime I asked for any help. She did not answer simple questions, and took a long time to get things done. Communication skills were not there. Please go to a different company, you will regret being tied to this place like I did.

Kim McNear is extremely unprofessional. I had a terrible landlord that would not fix my mold issues, and she said “too bad” on the phone. She also asked, because my dad was helping with rent, if I “went to college” as I’m 25 and need to support myself. She should not be a realtor or even a parent.

to whom it may concern I'm 75 years old. Read my own business 33 years understand the value of customer service a deep diligent attention. I must say in 55 years of professional encounters I have never met anyone that is more friendly, outgoing, eager jubilant, even to help in any in every way and when a question comes up, the results is amazing the understanding of real estate and the Florida market and Merritt Island I have never encountered in a more thorough matter. Linda Wise is amazing. I won't even consider another real estate agent in the future when dealing with property in Florida.
