Was.put here by DCF to be reunited with my son 12/21/21 my husband passed away July 2022 and had someone staying helping me after the loss and Jennifer Griffiin she kept putting notices on my door about unauthorized person in my apartment, so I asked him to leave so he did, but I also had a heart and helped people out with a meal, clothes, a shower or just to come in out of the weather. My ac was full of black mold I spent the 3 days in the hospital due to pneumonia in my lungs came home to my power off found out was due to FPL being told my apartment was vacant and called DCF on me. My ex friend came and helped me clean up the apartment after a person who I begged the office to help me get rid of, and is in jail since 2023 I got my job back and had the power turned back on she also helped

Worst place to live I would not want my worst and me to live there if there is a true hell it would absolutely be tropical manner and the only reason why they have one star is because there's no option for no stars

Steve, property grounds keeper/care taker, is an asset to that community! He has completely changed the appearance of the property, even roadside outside the gate. The improvement in cleanliness just from this past summer is remarkable! If you haven’t seen this property in the last few months, it’s worth checking out again! This man cares about the appearance and the well-being of the residents here. Steve- keep up the amazing transformation! Your diligence and effort are noticed by many!! You’re work makes a difference!

It’s cleaning up really good. Steve and yasmin are a great team. They know how to run this place with class. If you have any questions or concerns you can go to Steve and yasmin both and they won’t reject you they will help you. This new management team is amazing!!!

The reputation of Tropical Manor precedes itself. But from my experience living here especially today this place is reforming and getting better everyday both physically and energetically. The new positive direction Yasmine and Steve (management/property caretaker, security) are helping to facilitate is a beautiful change. It’s impressive to see everything change so drastically and quickly. Steve, especially is a blessing and wonderful person in general. It’s really touching to see Steve go above and beyond to make sure residents especially, children are safe and ok. Every week day he comes early in the morning to make sure the children board the bus safely as well as waking them up by tossing a ball with them or having a lively conversation with them. You can really see that he really lo
