My experience with Trizel after 4 years of being my respective property manager(s) has been and continues to be incredibly pleasant, efficient and supportive. Unfortunately, the property manager’s attitude has been consistently rude and unhelpful. Communication is difficult, as they often come across as dismissive and unprofessional. This has made addressing even simple issues unnecessarily stressful. Respect and courtesy are the basics of good management, but those qualities are lacking here.

I was highly satisfied with the service provided by Maria Dorta. She is exceptionally courteous and helpful, and responds to inquiries promptly. I sincerely commend her professionalism and work ethic, and wish her continued success in her career.

Listen up, folks, if there were a category lower than 1, I'd gleefully chuck it at these incompetents. According to their twisted logic, if you don't have a social security number, you're out of luck renting in Coconut Group, where apparently only folks from Europe or South America without social security reside. Oh, but don't worry, they'll gladly bleed you dry with their fees promising to expedite things, only to leave you high and dry with absolutely zilch done. Thinking of hiring them as property managers? Spare yourself the headache. They're not in the business of actually helping property owners; instead, they excel at dragging their feet, ignoring requests, and making the whole ordeal a colossal waste of time.

Avoid this place! The owner walked me to conference room, left lights off & shut the door on me. Next, they cashed a deposit before approval that they apparently were not even suppose to ask for, was never mentioned until after they had all paperwork & app fee. Next he refuses to abide by the SB1084 law. No one answers emails or anything here. You knock on the door & you see them through the window but do not open. The owner was yelling at me the entire time. Landlord wanted me to move in but Carlos said no bc of “Student loans” even though my finances leveled out and I have good credit, never have I been denied before, he straight up told me it was bc of the service animal which my doctor recommended for my anxiety. This place is awful! Never have a been so disrespected in my life. Avoid
