I’ve lived here for about a year and a half and the hallways have been cleaned maybe 3 times. There’s always trash and dirt in the common areas in the actual apartment building, the laundry room is filthy, the dryers don’t dry the clothes, and the door has been ripped off a washing machine for around three weeks now.

I don't know how to pay my rent now. They have been changing their payment methods. I can’t find any staff at the leasing office, and all I get when I call is a voicemail. They don’t take check . Paying by debit card costs $47, and paying by cashier check costs an extra $10. However, they refuse to link my checking account.

Sunnie Higgins is the best! I have been living at Trivium for the past 5 months (since January 2025). Sunnie was a great help throughout my entire stay till date. She was on top of everything when it came to finalizing paperwork and sending pictures of apartments (I did the entire apartment finding and paperwork process virtually). She was consistently helpful when it came to the moving in process. When I needed things printed out or needed random things like an envelope, she was there to help. Especially when Sunnie had personal conflicts, she was still very consistent in being available to help with anything I needed. Honestly, I could go on and on about how great Sunnie has been. Just moved in will update if anything changes! Moved in super fast! Sunnie is the property manager has been super nice and helpful through the entire process. Love my apartment and the location especially for the cost. It is definitely an older building but the team seems on it and happy to help if any issues ever were to arise!

Lived here for a few years, its been a good relatively cheap place that works for the basics. However I would not expect luxury amenities as advertised besides maybe the pool which thats stretching the truth. My main gripe with this place is the heating/cooling setup, the old bones and pets that the building has. Ive looked it up and the original building was built sometimes during the 50s maybe a bit before and while the concrete walls are great for noise insulation and the pipes/plumbing works pretty well for being on the top floor you can tell its a bit retro. Maintenance has been a bright spot along with recent management but that will only do so much. Currently its 80 degrees outside, I am on the top floor facing west, and its 84 degrees in my apartment.
