If I could give negative stars I would. I’ve conducted a ton of business in Hampton Roads and still do. I have never experienced a business transaction as I did purchasing a home from them and especially agent Tyler Krauss. I hope you’re aware of the type of agents you’re employing that represent your business. He was very unprofessional from the start and we loved the home and chose to continue to push through the deal. House went under contract ,inspections , appraisal and it got worse. He didn’t read the contract for his “seller” which we negotiated a washer and dryer in there and this agent went ballistic. After receiving orders less than 60 days out, the local knowledge and extreme efficiency Jasmina provided was invaluable. Communication was constant and clear. When I visited the area to view the homes, she had a route planned out that allowed us to view more properties than I had expected, always keeping my priorities in mind. Jasmina West was very personable and professional. We chose her to be our realtor from recommendations and she did not fail to live up to her reputation. During the whole house hunting and closing process we had never met in person but it never felt that way. She gave both personal and professional opinions, used her co-workers advice, or friends information to help give accurate feedback on neighborhoods or choices for schools. Hopefully she is around when I need to sell or rent, she was awesome. Jessica Eagleson was also very helpful, living in the neighborhood we chose she drove to a house of interest within the hour and did a FaceTime walk through for my family.
