Triton Terrace

A great place to live and the managers are excellent, everyone responds quickly to requests. Very beautiful place and convenient location. There are good schools in the area. Maintenance is quick. Me and my family love this place!

I did not want Triton Terrace's washer and dryer units in my apartment. I was forced to pay nearly $3,400 in washer and dryer rent during my time here. Triton Terrace wouldn't let me rent to own. They wouldn't let me buy the units outright. They even went as far as to tell me that if I brought in my own washer and dryer and stopped using theirs, I'd still have to pay the rent on their units. Triton Terrace wouldn't move the washer and dryer into the unit of a resident who actually wanted to rent them. I would like to make an update to my original posting, as things went downhill after moving out in March. I went through a difficult time and lost employment in January. I had spoken to the front office and they had let me know that my deposit would go towards my final payment and that they would release me from the contract as I only had 5 months remaining after being a valued tenant for over 1.5 years. I made my payment in March, which would have left me 3 months in the contract and since they said they'd release me, I thought things were completed. But, to my surprise I received a notification saying that I still needed to make a payment as my down payment didn't cover the 3 remaining months. I had let them know what was said to me, and they said it was in error and that I still owed $1

Current Tennant review: I've been here about a year and a half and thought I'd share my thoughts. First the good. Pros: good location and nice view. They were very fast and helpful to sign me up and get me into a unit. Nice amenities for the most part. Office staff is well trained but ...its hit and miss with how they greet you as a person.(more on this in the cons) Mentainence is quick and efficient. Good job taking care of the snow in the winter time. Year round hot tube is nice! The post office struggles with finding the place but Amazon is great. Good reliable internet provider and service. I have lived at Triton Terrace for almost 3 years. The staff is professional, customer focused and accomadating. Excellent location, sitting on South Mountain about a mile from Interstate 15 and just off the Bangerter Parkway....easy access and convenient to surrounding shopping ! The apartments were completed in 2016 so they are a new modern design. The apartments are fresh and clean with granite counter tops and hardwood lament floors in the kitchen and bathrooms. Dog friendly, with an amazing views , plenty of guest parking, pool, jacuzzi, workout room, wifi-cable , BBQ area, dog park, fire pit, playground for the kids , basketball court, covered parking and water included in one price.
