The experience I just had makes me question if I am crazy or not. Viewed a property that has serious issues and while me and the park agent were mid conversation after hearing what I said what my opinion on what the house was across actually worth (which was understandably too low to be considered and actual offer) the lady had simply gotten in her car and started driving away. I was going to ask what other properties might be available as this one was clearly not going to work for either of us. When I called the office to speak about what had just happened I was told the employee had just had surgery this morning and probably shouldn't have even come to work and they've never had complaints before. Debbie was a bit rude on our visit. She was not in the office when we came, all the signs said OPEN but the doors were locked, there was a number to call, so I went to call it and she drove up as I was dialing waving her arms around telling me to hang up. She didn't make eye contact or greet us right away. She acted like we were wasting her time. Once we got inside she was a little nicer but not much. Also there is only one modular model to see and it doubles as a office so you can't feel out the size of the extra bedrooms well. Seemed like okay quality, but the price was Through the roof. I thought modular homes were supposed to be a lower cost to stick build homes, Debbie basically laughed at us for this thought. She kept harping on quality and telling us that that should be FAR

"Land owner" Debbie illegally entered a private domicile and harassed the tenants and recorded us without consent, sitting around having coffee while visiting a friend while in the area, do not move or visit if you want to be illegally harassed.

Was visiting my mother that I had not seen in 7 years and Triton threatened her with eviction if I didn't leave. For no reason. They are controlling and pathetic. Surprised they're not trying to evict her now because of her diagnosed cancer. Wouldn't put it past them.
