Worst mobile home park owners. Lived in there south park location for 7 years. Went through nothing but headaches after headaches with the owner. Flooding in the parking lots sometimes ankle deep. Dont even get me started on the snow department its always a mess can never get in or out of the park. Late for work due to cant get out to the road to drive into work. To the end of my stay I was almsot what you would call forced out of my home due not being able to afford the mobile home and the purchase of my new house. They offered me penny's on the dollar for my mobile home or just wait till you fall 3 months behind and we will just start court proceedings. If I could give this company a zero rating I would. My 87 year old father resides in their park in East Aurora on Wish circle. There was a significant water problem affecting my father's electric and flooding his yard. Last year my father fell in the mud while trying to cut his grass. He couldn't get up and was luckily found by a neighbor a short time later. Prior to this happening I had made calls along with my Dad to have the water issue addressed. They did some digging of the drainage ditch but the issue continues. My father is a quiet gent who doesn't like to make waves. After he fell I made numerous calls to Triton that were not returned. Let’s just say I dodged a bullet.DO NOT CALL THEM, do not sign a contract with them, save yourself. I went to view a mobile home to potentially buy as an income property. They told me the one home already was under contract so they could only show me the only other one available. We walked through the so called available home and it was trash, holes in the floor they claimed they didn’t know about, water damage in the walls, windows sills etc. after they saw our disinterest in this home, all of a sudden they changed their minds and decided to show us the home that “had an offer/under contract” that they had previously been very adamant about that we couldn’t see or even put an offer on because things were already in motion with it. They are insurance scammers i rent a lot they ack like they pay me when all they do is take. They scam people banks bad to keep his parks going. If you rent and they scam you call attorney or the news owner needs jailed. As soon as you go to sell your home they throw you one eviction notice after another. So you can sell it they try taking it from you. Money scammers! As soon as trailers are old they take it out on the trailer owners. They collect rent off these for 30-40 yrs and make the owners of these trash homes pay all the repairs like the leaky roofs. Black mold heaven!

Very horrible people. Tried to take my home from me that was bought and payed for before he even bought the park . I took a major hit on selling it . At the time 4 yrs ago mine was the newest one in that park in tonawanda. Never had dealer with those kind of sneaky people. Supposedly family oriented and didn't allow druggie. That's was atleast half the park .
