I am sharing a terrible experience that Tristar Realty contributed to as well as Realtor Alfredo Hererra. We put our house on the market in early July in hopes to have it under contract to meet our settlement dealing of August 23 (this is the day we were settling on our new home). Mr. Hererra and his clients had a showing on Tuesday, July 18th and put in an offer that evening. After some negotiation, the offer was accepted. I would like to share the inconsistencies and rudeness that we encountered during this stressful time. First of all, he was not very consistent with his communication. His job was to represent his clients and throughout most of the process, he did not share much of anything with our realtor regarding the issues that would arise. I participated in classes on 1/16/17 to ensure that I had my CE credits in a timely fashion. Not only was the class scheduling very convenient (holiday) but I truly took away valuable information and did not even realize the quantity of hours seated for the classes. I would definitely give 5 stars to the Tristar Education & Training Department. Our instructor was very knowledgeable and brought real life situations into the classroom to guarantee cohesive learning. Great job! S Waul

I'm learning so much in the Broker's Tuesday Night Class! I'm new and excited, this class is giving me the opportunity to see role playing and get questions answered. It's interactivity and I love it because it makes everything easy to understand. I recommend TRISTAR REALTY! Where they care about the agent and help you to grow and develop, it's not just talk, it's action. Thank you so much Cindy for taking on a large task of helping so many agents, not allowing me to be left behind. I'm learning from the best!
