Terrible and run-down properties, slow (almost non-existant) maintenance service and, most importantly, blatant dishonesty. They make you sign a contact that says they will not lie, yet they lied repeatedly. Do everything you can not to rent from them. They still owe us money. I didn't want to post this scathing review and I wouldn't have if they had made good on their word. Unfortunately, they felt that the $325 owed to us was more valuable than making a tiny attempt at making up for the infinite wrongs they did to us. Very disappointing. I should also mention that one of their people stole a package that belonged to me. It had nothing of inherent value in it, just some things that had personal value. The only reason I give one star is because that's what must be done to leave a review. This person is the MOST unreliable thing on earth. She doesn't return calls. She isn't organized. She promises and NEVER follows through. I have begged and pleaded for her to add my listing to the MLS and she swears she's "doing it tonight." Why does someone have to beg for a listing from a Realtor?? It's land. That's it. Stay clear or you'll be in Rippie Hell!!

Ms. Rippie has many listings in Nye County, and I would love to give a great review. Drove all the way out from Bishop, California to look at a ranchette in Carvers, Nevada near Round Mountain Gold. We met at her office in Tonopah, then drove to Carvers, a 350 mile round-trip for me. While looking at the house, a woman drove up, came in and presented an offer--in the middle of nowhere and not what I would consider a hot housing market at the time. Maybe it was just coincidental and maybe it was a real offer...but what are the odds that someone show up at the house, 60 miles from the listing agent's office in Tonopah, while the listing agent was showing the house? My choices were to get involved in a questionable counter-offer scenario or walk away. Chose the latter.

I have have called this company twice and four weeks later, still waiting for a response.

They have not turned on our ac yet and we have called about it and they said we will get to it when we get to it
