We lived at one of the properties this year and Tomer (the manager) was excellent at communication! He gets quickly back and helps in all areas. They do a thorough background check which paid off because our neighbors were quiet and everyone was VERY nice to share a community with. They took Zelle and that’s how I paid, quick and easy. If anything is broken make sure you let them know the day you move in and they will quickly address it. Happy condo!

Tris investments is by far one of the best property management companies I have had the pleasure of working with. Tomer and Andrea are a great team. Any questions I have or repairs that I need are answered and done in a timely fashion. They are always working on up keep of the property I live at! Couldn’t ask for a better property management team!

Terrible management. They bought a multi-unit property at 1125 SW 15th AVE 33312 only to REMOVE AMENITIES increase the rent overnight by 50%. The worst part, is that during a year of tenancy, I never saw them clean or service the common areas ONCE. Plus, everything with the office personnel is a problem. I tried to get my A/C checked and they would not send anyone to even look at it and immediately would tell me that I would have to come out of pocket. With their shady business you begin to wonder why they do not let you visit them in person. LASTLY-- they will steal your deposit from you- be very wary and prepared to lose that money if you are leasing from them. If you are a decent human being and you are doing your homework before leasing with this company BEWARE!!!!!!

Been living with this property group for over 3 years and they have been absolutely exceptional. From the moving in to the constant maintenance and up keep on the property, it’s completely 5 star.

Great company to work with. Always looking out for tenants. I had a great experience renting from them.
