Customer Reviews
We’ve lived in a TCC property for 6 years now and personally have had an excellent experience living here. Our PM, Rachel, is always super helpful and responsive, and works to remedy issues as quickly and as best as she possibly can. The maintenance team assigned to our property is AWESOME. Josh is the nicest guy and anyone else we’ve ever encountered with maintenance is also top notch. They come out quickly to assess any issue we’ve had and we never have to wait long for a fix. We feel the rent we are paying is fair comparable to other rentals in the area for a similar home, and feel the increases we’ve received over the last six years are more than fair given the current state of cost of living and actually quite minimal!
I've been with Triple Crown for four years now, and I miss the old manager Kelly and her team, who were fantastic. New management is difficult to contact and appears unprofessional. I opted not to renew my lease because the rent is increasing each year and becoming unreasonable. I adore my home and it pains me to go, but I decided it would be a good idea to relocate to another property with a triple crown. Every year, my rent has risen. I haven't had any amenities added, except from having my carpet cleaned earlier last year, which I requested. My son recently moved with his father, so it's just me, and I don't need all the extra space. I was able to locate another property that sounded reasonable and would be of interest to me. The concept of having to apply and pay a $50 application fee
This company is deceitful don't believe the pictures of what you are going to rent. I ask several time to see the property befor the movving daye. We did not get to see it. This company is not good to rent from they showed me a picture of a property with white kitchen cabinets, deck and fire place. They did not let us see the property until I got my keys. What a surprise to my daughter and myself. It was nothing like the picture they show me. When I asked about it I was told the worker was new employee and did not know better. Then we moved on and found the place really messed up basement floor dirty. They couldn't even paint it and the kitchen cabinets stained, oven so dirty like I live there for years the entire townhome is mess up no heat coming up stairs maintenance is a joke. We just
The apartment unit itself checked all the boxes for what we needed. The main issue was how maintenance requests and tenant communication were handled. After legitimate maintenance calls, we would receive emails warning that if the issue happened again, we would be responsible for paying for repairs. We also received messages about possible fines if a car extended slightly into the curbside during snow removal. We were never actually charged any fines, and we were responsible tenants. Still, receiving these emails after routine requests felt unnecessary and uncomfortable. The tone came across as threatening rather than professional or friendly. While a few office staff members were helpful, most interactions could have benefited from better customer service. In short, the apartments themsel
Georgetown Crossing feels much more like a corporation than a true community. While it presents itself as residential living, it lacks the amenities, warmth and small but meaningful touches that help people feel connected and at home. The overall atmosphere is businesslike rather than welcoming, and interactions with management often reinforce that impression. The management team seems focused on enforcing strict standards and ensuring residents fit into the mold dictated by Triple Crown, rather than fostering a supportive or neighbor-friendly environment. Communication tends to be transactional, with little sense of relationship-building or community engagement. Another concerning aspect is the frequent police presence, which can feel unsettling and raises questions about safety and man
