This is the house I stayed in in August. I think the environment is very good and kept very clean. The house is well ventilated and well lit. It is comfortable to stay in. I will book here again next time I come.

The best rental company I ever had. The front desk people are really nice. Any emergency thing they respond really fast！

This company runs like a zoo. I signed a lease with them in February to move in September and payed thousands in deposits. Only through contacting TripaLink for another question was I casually told they sold the management of the building to another company months ago. No contact information for that new company. No notification. Nothing. Total breach of contract. Only told "I'm sorry for the inconvenience". Total mess. I have never experience a company that works do horribly under a signed lease. Save yourself the disaster

Had a great experience with this real estate agent! Super friendly and made me feel like a priority the whole time. They were quick to respond to any questions I had and really went the extra mile to make everything go smoothly. If you’re looking for someone reliable and easy to work with, I definitely recommend them.

Would leave a zero stars if I could, preleased my apartment out to someone else without even consulting me on whether I wanted to extend my stay at this apartment, despite me making it clear during multiple points since moving here that I wanted to extend my stay. Maintenance was never handled by actual technicians just staff that they have and the communication is disorganized and generally everything about the process is very at their pace and disregarding of the client. Beautiful apartments, awful management and interactions.
