Very unprofessional and not helpful at all, they lie and don’t help tenants at all. The regional manager is a joke. We had an apt with dead birds in the wall and flesh eating flies in our house. They never solved the problem and we were forced to move into a downgraded apt for the same price. The apts are outdated and everything breaks on the regular. Do not move to Any of their properties, looks are deceiving. All the bad reviews about their properties are true.

After my appalling experience with Spectra Boutique in Hartford where the property manager Laurie and her staff were extremely impolite and unapologetic as well about it literally made me feel very unsafe and finally when my boyfriend asked me to move in with him, I was relieved and almost fled within days. Unfortunately he lives in Spectra Park managed by the same people. Once again I noticed the same disrespect, same discrimination and this time it went above and beyond to the point where we felt harassed, shocked and discriminated to a whole new level. 1.The street light right outside our Lewis St apartment is out from March’19. Stay away from this place money hunger and evil They get you in and then raise pricing they have a whole scheme going on quite frankly I think it is illegal they have a whole process be aware !!!!!!!! When it comes to charges increase they are unreasonable and get you situations that are impossible to get out of Every season on another note heart breaking to watch instead of fixing the problem with the bird nest they go and drown the baby birds this company is disgusting on all levels beautiful to look at evil on many levels Money hungry I never write reviews but I feel this place is bad

Horrible horrible horrible. They managed the apartment I was living in and did a terrible job at everything. So glad they got replaced with new management.
