Trinity Towers

I have lived in this apartment complex for about three years. The apartment unit itself is actually better than expected — the rooms are reasonably sized, and the basic facilities are acceptable for the price. However, the real problem is not the building — it is the residents. A large number of DoorDash and Uber Eats delivery drivers live here, and their behavior has seriously degraded the living environment. Their electric bikes constantly damage the elevators, they leave trash everywhere, and they show little to no respect for other residents. The atmosphere feels chaotic, careless, and poorly managed. There is a strong sense of selfishness and dishonesty among many of the tenants, which makes daily life here unnecessarily stressful. In the past, security was terrible, but to be fair

It was a brisk day in March when I made my second pilgrimage to the grand edifice known as Trinity Towers. I had been beckoned—nay, harangued—by a ghost in the machine named Ezra, an AI leasing agent of great persistence but questionable coordination. This artificial gentleman sent me no fewer than five emails and two text messages urging me to tour a specific unit. When I arrived, travel-weary but hopeful, the flesh-and-blood staff informed me, “Oh, that’s just our AI. We can’t actually show that unit today.” It was a fine example of our modern age—where the machines have enthusiasm but no memory, and the humans are left to apologize for both. ⸻ The Good 1. The apartment has been fantastic, and the amenities have made living here really great experience. I had spectacular views from the middle of San Francisco. The leasing office has been professional, responsive, and easy to work with from start to finish. Everyone I’ve interacted with has been helpful, and I especially want to shout out Lele—she’s gone above and beyond to support me throughout my time here. From answering questions to making move-out stress-free, her communication and care really stood out. This has been a very well-managed building, and I’d definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a reliable place to live in San Francisco.

Working with Lele, the assistant manager at Trinity Towers, has been a smooth and positive experience. She’s professional, responsive, and easy to communicate with. I’ve had nothing but good interactions and really appreciate how reliable she’s been. Definitely recommend!
