Doesn't respond to maintenance requests. Hard to keep apartment heated because of lack of insulation and old windows. Has unfinished hvac leading to our vents. We've had multiple leaks from upstairs since moving in. Water damage from those leaks was never properly addressed. Constantly an unreasonable amount of noise from upstairs neighbors that management doesn't do anything about. Had electrical problems when we first moved in that took 4 months to get fixed.

They monopolize the rental property in the Clarksburg. If you dont pass their application you cant rent anything they manage. I didnt have any credit, not bad credit. I havent had credit cards in 30 years because I dont want to be in debt but I cant rent from them because I dont have credit.

I had to move quickly from outta state so I was shown the unit via video where I seen the good but not the awful so after a 15 hour drive I picked up the key and walked into the following (see pictures ) sending them these photos resulted in nothing but hours of me cleaning I will move as soon as the lease is up

Got there and there were plenty of things broken and missing. Wasn’t even clean all the way. They barely responded for maintenance either.
