Trinity Place Apartments

Great place to live. I know there are a lot of negative comments on here, but from my experience, it has been great. Cielo has always treated me well, and I enjoyed the popcorn that they gave us tenants for some event they had. I've never had a problem, and if I have a maintenance issue, it gets fixed immediately.

I don’t recommend these apartments theirs no AC only swamp cooler it be hot as hell in these apartments during the day my brother and mom got asthma and have nosebleed everyday bc of these overheated apartments I told Salvador and that brown hair headed lady they sent maintenance the maintenance said that’s how cool it gets and it feels like lm in a oven it only get cooler at night neighbors are loud as hell at night every now and then the Manager and supervisor got the pool nice and clean but refuse to open it to the public they said they’ll open the pool in the middle between June or open it in July and they just lying about opening it cause last year my sister was waiting for it to open and they never opened the pool that’s a crime shame l can’t wait for my lease to be up so l can move

HORRIBLE, infested with roaches!! Can hear threw apartments, smells of downstairs neighbors will travel up to our area and NO AC!!! any reviews that is 5 stars definitely are getting paid or discount because there is NO way these places are anywhere near 5 stars!. They would do spray for roaches every 3-4 months but does absolutely nothing, enter in to catch pets in apartment or anything wrong they could get extra money on SAVE YOURSELF AND DO NOT MOVE IN THESE APARTMENTS!!

horrible apartments!!!!!!!My GIRLFRIENDS roof has been leaking for quite a while and nothing has been done.... This is ridiculous worse management ever .....DO NOT RENT HERE

This apartment place is horrible! Maintenance never shows up even after hours in an emergency!!! We have mold growing and constant water leaks and they do NOTHING to fix this and it's been 3 weeks!!! Not to mention first few days of living here I was harassed by another tenant due to my religion and what my spouse does for employment and the complex did NOTHING
