Love living here. I’ve been here for 2 years and never had a maintenance issue. I don’t have a single issue with roaches. It’s a quiet complex with friendly residents all around. No issues with parking around my building. Super dog friendly. The whole left area of the complex has a well kept woodsy area with trees and lots of shade. Me and my dog find a spot out there everyday just to relax.
All I want for Christmas is a pest control technician to take care of the ridiculous amount of roaches that I've been complaining about for months, or the gate to work properly, or to have drawers in the kitchen I don't have to fight, or to not be charged 4 times for "water" on my rent invoice EVERY MONTH. WOW!! I never noticed all the FAKE reviews from people who don't live here
I really wanted to like this place a lot more. I love the location, but the property management is lacking professionalism. They don’t answer the phone, and they don’t operate on posted office hours. I’ve lost money by leaving work early several times to get to the front office by 6, only to find out that they’ve closed before 5:30.
This is a great property to live at, I highly reccomend it. The management team is great to work with and is very responsive to the needs of the community. They have 12 and three bedroom floorplans with 9 foot ceilings, a great place for singles and families to live!
Went to stay with a friend and his apartment is super nice and clean. Not a single roach! So I decided to tour the apartment and Jayce was super helpful and informative. Will be applying soon!
