Trinity Heights Apartments

Do not waste your hard earned money on this Trinity Heights Apartments. They will rob you and smile in your face as if they never did nothing wrong. They tossed someone’s belongings out in front of my apartment, obstructing a handicapped parking spot and walk way and also blocking another parking spot that could be used for anyone. Not only it’s obnoxious to look at but it force me to park at a reserve parking spot, which my vehicle was towed that morning. Even though my vehicle is registered to the Apartment, it doesn’t matter. They will towed the vehicle’s to THEIR own liking. The Managers won’t take accountability for anything.

So I give this a 5+ star rating for several reasons. First of all the staff even when very busy really try to help you the best they can in a timely manner. The office staff are really nice. The only thing I didn't like was the wait getting into my unit which was not their fault more or less it was the housing authority inspection they took a while but even then my unit passed right away. Now for the unit itself for the prices in fort Worth and some of the units I've been in and seen or experienced myself I must say this unit tops them all. The price, location, and really nice. The ceiling fans and lighting are awesome and my freezer has an ice maker so that is a plus. I've only found 2 things that need to be tightened up like the bathroom toilet paper dispenser and towel rack Wich probabl

My experience living here has been great. The management staff cares about their tenants. I moved here during a time that I had to rebuild and it was a great decision. If you are needing an affordable place to call home check them out and tell them I referred you. You won't regret it.

Management: These five stars are given to the office staff: Pearla, Diana, Jessika and Aaliyah. To those who have to speak with humans, I was most grateful to actually reach someone on the phone and not an AI Robot. Furthermore, my messages were acknowledged and I received immediate call backs. From my initial contact with Trinity Heights, Pearla and Diana were professional, patient, attentive and expressed a genuine interest in making sure I didn't just find an apartment, but the one I wanted. My approved move-in date was on a Saturday when they open at 10:00 a.m. I went into the office the day before (Friday) and explained to Pearla that my movers would be at my home at 7 a.m. on Saturday morning and I needed the keys to the new apartment to let them in. Been here for 3 years now. They have been through their fair share of management but the current management team and staff is awesome ! Every concern i have had has been taken care of in a very acceptable timely manner! Even was able to get a transfer within 3 days after previous management had we wait and kept giving me the run around. I love my new apartment!
