I had a great experience with the leasing agent Ms Grace Martin at Trinity Commons. She is very welcoming, professional, and always ready to help. She takes the time to clearly explain everything and patiently answers any questions, making the whole leasing process easy and stress-free. The apartment community is also very clean, organized, and well maintained. The amenities and appliances work well, and everything in the lease and instructions is clear and transparent. Overall, a wonderful experience. I highly recommend Trinity Commons to anyone looking for a comfortable and well-managed place to live.

Absolutely wonderful place to live! The staff here are truly the best—they make you feel right at home. We celebrated an early Thanksgiving today with everyone at Trinity Commons in the main lobby, and it was such a special experience. This is easily one of the best places to live near Duke West Campus. The amenities are fantastic: there's a clean gym, two pools (including an indoor one), and nice courtyards for grilling. It's also super close to plenty of dining options. What really sets this place apart, though, is the staff. Becca and the rest of the leasing team are genuinely kind and helpful. They even looked after my cat and sent me video updates while I was away on a two-week trip. It’s rare to find a management team that cares this much!

I've been living at Trinity Commons for over a year and a half as a Duke student, and it's been a great experience. The two things I care about most when choosing an apartment are safety and location, and Trinity checks both boxes. It's super safe, and if you're a medical student or work at Duke Hospital, it's just a 5-minute walk. West Campus is literally across the street. The amenities are awesome—I especially love the huge gym and hot tub. The management team is really nice and responsive, especially when it comes to service requests and package deliveries.
