I want to take a moment to wholeheartedly recommend this exceptional community. What truly sets it apart is the outstanding management team at its core. In the nearly five years I’ve lived here, the same team has remained in place. That level of consistency speaks volumes about the integrity and reliability of this place. It’s remarkably peaceful, and that serenity is clearly a priority for management. Every concern I’ve ever raised has been taken seriously and addressed promptly. I always feel heard, and they consistently work with me to find thoughtful solutions. If something in my apartment needs attention, it’s resolved quickly and professionally. The team is proactive, often anticipating issues before they arise. That creates a sense of ease and trust that’s hard to come by. The ame
As a past resident of 14 months I DO NOT RECOMMEND this apartment to ANYONE. Why ? 1. Parking…the management really got life twisted, as a guest you can park ANYWHERE, u can invite the whole Dallas to your apartment and they can park anywhere meanwhile normal residents will have to park outside the gate….despite paying rent they have a “first come first serve parking policy” my job requires me to work late and the MAIN reason I got this apartment was because I felt comfortable and safe having a gate…but it totally defeats the purpose when I have to park Outside the gate and still walk to my apartment 2. The “business center” I never realized how much a company can promote such fake advertisement until “Trinity Bell” another reason y I picked here was because of the computer and printer i
I’ve been living here for quite sometime. And over the years, I enjoyed the experience. I’m still living here, but the thing that stinks about the leasing office, is that they have rules, both in the community and in the lease, which they do not enforce. I have emailed both Jackie and Leo, the managers, and they continue to ignore people violating the rules and don’t enforce anything. Parking has been one of the biggest issues. Many park that have garages, but don’t use them or don’t park in front of them, like the managers have said in many emails. The emails to residents have been more suggestions than anything. So those who don’t have garages, are left to fend for themselves. I came home one night, and there was no parking around any building, even in the front of the leasing office. I
Don't apply here unless your comfortable giving your bank password to some third party site. That's how they verify income. They want your private username and password on a third party site for your bank or your payroll account. No bank statements allowed here they want your entire account scanned with all transactions in view and you can't edit our your withdrawals or have any privacy. They also don't tell you until after you pay that you need to give them your current landlords info so they can bug them and dig into your rental history. Even after they checked your credit and background and it shows as good. Thats not on the application. That's just an email you get after. I'm now losing 75 dollars from applying because I don't feel comfortable giving some third party my bank informatio
Moving out of this apartment was a terrible experience. I left the unit clean, but they still billed me for carpet cleaning and a so-called “curry smell treatment.” The carpets were spotless, yet no photos or proof were ever provided. When I called the manager to discuss the charges, it only got worse. Instead of listening, he made dismissive and offensive remarks about the type of food I cooked — turning normal meals into a problem and showing obvious bias. The conversation left me feeling disrespected and targeted rather than helped. This place may look fine while you’re living here, but wait until you move out. Expect surprise charges, poor treatment, and a manager who makes the situation worse instead of better. Don’t be fooled by the positive reviews — many people haven’t moved out
