One of the best management agencies I’ve ever encountered. The weekly extermination process is consistent and they are always prompt to respond to any questions or needs I might have. When it was time renew my lease, Kenia was very considerate and understanding at a moment where I was unsure about my housing, and I was able to renew my lease a month after signing was due. Jadiry is always prompt to respond, either via phone or e-mail. Last time I had an issue with my washing machine, the handyman was sent to my apartment the very next day. The apartment complex is cleaned weekly and honestly I love having friends and family over, and seeing how impressed they are with where I live. Thank you for all your work and for creating such a comfortable living environment.

I’m recently relocating from San Francisco to Newark for work. I can’t stress how much goes into packing up and finding time to look at possible apartments. I found a great place and submitted my request for viewing. Kenia responded almost instantaneously. She is extremely professional and went above and beyond to allow me on a Friday to set up a viewing at 6pm. She even followed up with me despite it being 7 o’clock on Friday on what I’m certain is her soon to be weekend off. I’m absolutely excited to get moved into my new apartment on March 1st! Even the facilities repair tech Jose who also took the time to show me a larger unit just so I could get the full scope of options.
