PLEASE READ THIS ENTIRE REVIEW FOR CONTEXT. I’ve lived at Trifecta since 2021, and I want to give an honest, timeline-accurate review because the current staff truly deserves it. The property was originally operated by a different company, and in mid-2023 / mid-2024 it was acquired by Greystar. After the acquisition, much of the original on-site staff left and was replaced. Unfortunately, during that transition period, management and communication significantly declined. Issues went unresolved, emails went unanswered, and the experience became frustrating despite repeated polite attempts to resolve problems through normal channels. It eventually reached a point where I escalated concerns beyond on-site management, and only then were issues addressed. That period is reflected in older re
10/10 ✨✨ People have their own opinion about the place but I love it here! I truly feel at home. 👍👍 I haven’t been here a whole year and this is my first real apartment experience and I can say this place has made a huge impact! The staff is nice and understanding, and they remember a face and name. It was such a great feeling to know that I can come up to the front desk and the people know who I am and are welcome to help (this is a positive thing because I order a lot of packages lol). The only problem I have is that they host events like Waffle Wednesday or Ramen night during hours I work 😔 so I can’t enjoy it. But that’s just me. Overall, love it here, couldn’t ask for more 👍✨
Been living here since a couple of years and I feel this place is great, location wise, management and maintenance team is doing fine. Sometimes the services could feel laggy but overall the third party that manages the services gets the work done. The rooms are spacious and they have units ranging from 1 to 3 bedroom with separate bath and walk-in closets. All units have an attached laundry, ample of common area amenities like library room, pool table, club house, swimming area (open for only 2-3 months in the entire year).
I recently moved into Trifecta and have had a wonderful experience with the staff. Clovis was especially helpful throughout the entire process. He was there to answer any questions and resolve any issues I had. I've lived in other complexes before and have never interacted with staff who cared even half as much. I had some issues with the resident portal being down during my move-in, but Emma was at the front desk to answer all my questions and help me figure things out. Clovis was also available on my move-in day to quickly respond to any important questions I had. The new management here at Trifecta truly seems to care about residents and making sure they have a good experience.
Advise do NOT rent from this place! We finally moved our daughter out of Trifecta and our experience has been incredibly disappointing. The air conditioning was broke for over two months. No resident should have to make multiple phone calls and they never reply to maintenance requests, only a generic automatic reply that results in nothing. So many residents still have no air all summer long and that is a breach of contract and uninhabitable living conditions. Her car was broken into twice, and she pays extra to park in their "secure parking garage" (security is a joke here). Gate is always wide open and broken. Garbage, bugs, filth everywhere. Trash chute is always full and door is locked and can't get in. Trash is piling up around the property, creating an unsightly and unsanitary envir
