NEVER again with Trident. Angie H. in the Haverford office had no understanding of what was happening in our closing and took it out on my wife by being so rude and disrespectful to her, I had to address it with their VP. Kerri and Jessica in the Blue Bell office botched our closing paperwork, made an error to the extent of nearly $3,000 against us, informed my wife and I about it nearly a week after closing, then demanded that we pay the full tab for their mistake. Awful experience start to finish.

I never mind writing a review for Trident Land because they do an outstanding job! I have complete confidence that my clients will make it to the settlement table on time. The settlement officers are dedicated, available practically 24/7 to resolve any issues, they know how to think "outside of the box" and are always willing to answer any questions or concerns my clients have throughout the course of their transaction. They are knowledgeable and provide great customer service, a win win for everyone involved!

Trident always makes the process easy and stress free. They handle issues promptly to avoid any issues with settlement. When I recommend Trident to my clients, I know that they and the transaction are in good hands!

These people are entirely incompetent. They messed up the closing of our home as buyers (signed us up for the incorrect insurance) and then as sellers (did not have all of the documents they needed to prepare, had to Fedex papers for us to sign and send back). They can't handle any nuance in a sale and forget trying to do a remote closing. They also don't answer their phones or return calls. The Allentown branch of this company should be closed.

Joan was a rockstart and kept everything in our transaction together despite builder delays and lender final number complications
