I’ve enjoyed living at this apartment community. The location is great, close to shopping and major roads. Maintenance requests are usually handled promptly, and the staff is courteous and professional. The property is generally well-kept, and my apartment is spacious and comfortable. Overall, it’s been a pleasant living experience, and I would recommend it.

Very rude staff in the property office. Apartment wasn't prepared for move in properly. There were German cockroaches in every room. Even with 3 treatments within first 2 weeks of moving in they are still alive and visible in kitchen area. Strong sewerage smell in one part of the apartment. Dirty oven and fireplace. Vinyl floor old and catching at the entrance. Bubbled ceiling in bathroom.

Triangle Place Apartments are very beautiful. They are spacious and upgraded. The staff are very friendly..The move in was great ! I didn’t have any problems.

While touring this very beautiful community I found a place I wanna call home. The leasing agents were very easy to talk to, accommodating to say the least. The energy is welcoming and the deals are definitely worth checking out. Leasing agent Ms Nichols is a pleasure to meet and enjoyable to get to spend a homing process with. Even the maintenance persons are kind, helpful young men, very respectful also. Looking forward to the amenities this community has to offer.

During my two and a half years as a resident, I encountered several issues at this location. The property was not adequately maintained, which resulted in multiple unresolved maintenance concerns. There were persistent maintenance issues within the apartment. Despite numerous requests for assistance, resolutions were significantly delayed. On several occasions, including when we initially moved in, we had to involve Durham Code Enforcement to secure necessary repairs. Even then, these repairs were completed just before deadlines and were done poorly. My disabled mother and I faced additional challenges, as she was not provided with a handicap parking spot, despite it being a requirement of the county building code and requested multiple times.
