Tri-Valley Contractors Inc.

I own 11 rentals in Lebanon and have had Tri-Valley manage the renovation projects of at least 4 of them from start to finish. They've managed everything and I haven't had to be involved much at all (love that!) and I know I can trust them to do the work well. Reasonable prices, too, so a win-win overall. Not sure what I would do without them!

We love our new house. The whole Tri-Valley team was helpful throughout the entire process from planning to building. Got the house done on time as promised with no unexpected change orders. Had a few hiccups as to be expected but nothing out of the ordinary that they did not rectify. Very pleased with our Tri-Valley home.

We had a very bad experience with this builder to the point we had to walk away from a new build. His mistake, however cost us a huge loss. Would not recommend to anyone. Poor communication, building mistakes, pricing mistakes, delayed work, did not do their due diligence and found to be overpriced. We have since spoken with many other individuals that have had the same issues. Beware.

After 4 months after he completed this project, I found water leaking inside my garage shed. His work is very poor quality. Beware!! Do not use this contractor!

Owner of the company came to my home did an estimate on my attic left and never bothered calling me to give me an estimate or to even tell me he didnt want to take the job ... thanks for wasting my time!
