Worked with Tony on selling two of my properties, he knew the exact things I needed to improve properties to make them sell fast. One condo had a lot of HOA issues and Tony’s skills made it has smooth as could be with myself having little to no work to do. The other property was a duplex, Tony told me what small improvements I could do to make an easier sale, and it worked! Fast closing!
