🚨 WARNING STAY AWAY. DANGER 🚨 These people are crooks. Tried to get money for damages done to the property when I didn't even live there anymore. Squatters moved in and trashed it. They put me down for damages when I was long since moved out because they didn't want to pay for it. When I was living there I had NO hot water for over a month and a gas leak that gave me gas poisoning and I had to go to the ER. Manager told the gas people to "check the basement" meanwhile the property has no basement. I was unsafe in my own home. That was aside random floods and electric sparking that they didn't care about. Manager doesn't care to remember anything. Told me I had too many animals although I only had one quiet older dog at the time that was agreed upon lease. They won't return calls and if yo

I'll willingly give 1 star. The only thing Tri-rivers and Ms. Dix are good for is putting you in a place, and collecting your money. But don't ever EVER get behind cause the late fee program the use sets you up to fail. NEVER TRY TO CONTACT your wasting your time you'll be lucky if they answer or return your call. Also don t believe the Dix when she says she will get something fixed. Over a 4 year period the only thing they fixed ,or sent someone to, was a toilet. And that took 4 days. Electrical was out of code, water lines needed replaced due to water pressure getting worst by the day. Basement leaks through the foundation. List goes on and on. Any repairs done to the house ,besides toilet, was paid for and done by me with not one bit of compensation, not even a thank you. Long story

I've been renting with tririvers for about 6 years, they have been nothing but good to me and my family. I kept my rental nice and cleaned and upon move out I followed everything on the check list and received my deposit back. If anything broke that was simple enough to fix, we did just that and if it wasn't simple, once we put in the work order they would have it fixed for me within 24-48 hours! Amazing company and amazing staff! Thank you for taking care of my family and I for the last 6 years!

Property manager doesn't return phone calls or make herself available. Pipes busted and tenet left without water for over a week messages left never a call back leaving tenet to pay for motel .Charged 100 for 1 day of electric when evergy made mistake and transferred account to wrong unit. Then post that I'm a cosigner upset with who I signed for completely not true Beyond upset with secretary and management for not responding at all to repeated attempts to discuss this and settle the situation professionally. Beware of renting or cosigning for any property listed by this company. Gave 3 day eviction on a Fri then not available to settle account in the time frame sounds fair right. Wasn't going to post anything other than the 1 star however after seeing the 1st response from them was

Stay far away from these people. It's partly why less people are wanting to stay in Salina due to these people. They make an unsafe atmosphere. They do not care about you or your family's well being. And any reply gets met with " this isn't true." I'm glad those I've talked to said they will never rent from them.
