Ken was extremely accommodating and professional, going above and beyond to support our team every step of the way. Communication was consistent and proactive, coordination with our vendors was seamless, and he even helped secure vendors for portions of the move-out work. What truly stood out was how we were treated, as if we were a tenant moving into the space rather than leaving it. Amazing property management company. Greg is communicative and responds promptly when the center team at Regus reaches out to him. Lamont, the property maintenance manager actively works on making our center comfortable, not only for the center team but for our clients as well. The Tri Properties team all work cohesively to make sure that our needs are met!

Nice place to work. Clean, plenty of parking and close to restaurants. Easily Accessible for handicap. Plenty of EV chargers. The paved walking trails at lunch time are great to walk. This building & the buildings around me have pinic tables & places to eat lunch outdoors.
