Revision 04/16/2020: This company is scams myself and other buyers are living though hell right now because of Tri-Core Partners LLC. I just signed my contract with Tri-Core Partner Model Center Team for my Ruby design with extended 3rd guess bathroom. Team lead Melissa and Vicky is very helpful, patient, and very opened and honest and make sure I clearly understand which features in the model home come standard and which is an upgrade. They disclosed everything with me and helps me meet my budget with the beat possible deal they can afford to offer to me and still give me lots of high quality products. If you’re in town shopping for your new home I strongly suggest you go tour their model home and meet their friendly staff in Port Saint Lucie FL.

I can’t say enough how much I love my house. I have a custom home built by Tri-Core Partners and loved the experience. I am a sales associate for Tri-core and I take customers to visit my home and everyone that comes over can not believed how well built it is, and how much Tri-core offers for the price.
