I attempted to follow up on a resale certificate that has now taken over a month to process, despite being told it would be completed within 10 days. When I called to check on the status, I was met with extremely unprofessional behavior. I was yelled at, repeatedly interrupted, spoken over, and ultimately hung up on. I explained that the matter was urgent, and was transferred to what was described as an emergency line, yet that was the representative who treated me this way. The lack of communication, accountability, and basic customer service was incredibly disappointing. I would strongly encourage improvements in both response times and professionalism when handling time-sensitive requests.

TRF is incompetent. We have had multiple "Association Managers" with TRF and most of them are unresponsive and none of them last long. Toni Hahn, who is their "Operations Manager" is equally bad. They have on more than one occasion not paid various bills for our Condominium Association to the point where services were turned off for our community. They didn't own up to this till it was discovered by the HOA. They didn't back out the late fees incurred by utility companies as a result of TRF's making late payments until expressly told to do so. If you ask them for something, you are lucky to even get a reply from them. I would never recommend this firm.

Yikes. TRF is shockingly bad. I was happy to support a veteran owned business, but when multiple attempts to contact them (phone and email) go unanswered and without even a delayed response from them it becomes increasingly hard to give them the benefit of the doubt. Initially I enjoyed seeing that they have very “down to earth” pictures of their team members, riding with their dog, horseback riding/hunting, on a boat, out in nature, stuff like that, but now it seems that this is all their team actually does. I really hope they figure out how to run their business and take care of their customers, or at least stop advertising that they’re veteran owned, because that actually means something to a good number of us.

TRF Pacific has been the management company for our small condominium complex for almost 2.5 years. THEY HAVE BEEN CONSISTENTLY TERRIBLE. When we interviewed them originally, the director of the condo management division gave us a snow job about how they were all about service and communication. In fact, they are about as miserable on both counts as is possible to imagine. We were close to firing them 8 months into the relationship, and they pledged to do better. If anything they got worse. Getting any kind of a response from the property manager has been impossible. Simple jobs hang in limbo for months. DO NOT FALL FOR THE SALES JOB -- RUN AWAY! The only good thing I can say about them is that we are finally getting rid of them.

TRF manages the condo we live in and they are completely useless. No maintenance person on site, elevator consistently doesn’t work and lights out all over the building. Kathleen Hannon doesn’t do anything except send emails saying they will do something soon.
