Trexler Park Apartments

First of all, the residents are being forced to use Verizon in our apartments. If we choose to stay with another carrier we will be charged $55 per month because of a contract that the owners made with Verizon. My entire installation was a complete debacle. However, the main reason for this 2 star review is that my heat stopped working in the middle of this horrendous arctic blast. I immediately tried to make the office aware that I needed heat. I am on oxygen and it isn’t safe for me to go out in this frigid weather. I left AT LEAST three messages with the office before anyone contacted me. This is the typical response time. After a few long hours, maintenance arrived. Maintenance replaced the thermostat. The replacement didn’t work. I was told he would come back the next day to program t

Trexler Park Maintenance came to fix an appliance and went above and beyond by noticing other issues around the apartment that needed attention. They promptly took care of everything and even helped resolve a key issue my husband had been dealing with. We truly appreciate their attention to detail and the care they put into their work. Great service!

I’ve been living at Trexler Park and dealing with the billing has been incredibly frustrating. Conservice tells me one thing about how my charges are calculated, the leasing office says something completely different, and my lease lists yet another methodology. Every month, my bill fluctuates drastically with no explanation, and there is no way to know if the charges are even correct. I’ve reached out multiple times for clarification, and the lack of transparency is shocking it feels like residents are just left guessing. On top of that, Conservice has faced lawsuits over similar billing issues, which makes me even more concerned about how they handle accounts here. If you value clear, accurate, and predictable billing, I would strongly reconsider living here.

⚠️ RENTERS BEWARE. LOOK ELSEWHERE.⚠️ My experience living here for the past year can be summed up as GARBAGE. There is no excuse for not having adequate support for your facilities that have been severely neglected. The one star goes to Gene, the maintenance man, he is very kind, patient, and helpful. Give him a raise! Below is a photo of what it looks like to sit on my porch. The trash compactor next to the “temporary” garbage dump has been broken for over 2 months. Their excuse for why things are always broken and never fixed on time is because they “need to prioritize broken AC and heat”. Only excuses and zero action.

I did leasing with Beth and she was a very nice lady and helpful. She showed around the property and answered all my questions. Very nice place to live
